CORFU OLD TOWN
Spend a day exploring Corfu Old Town, approximately 35 km from the resort and one of the island’s essential cultural experiences. Its UNESCO-listed historic centre is a rich tapestry of Venetian townhouses, narrow alleyways, elegant arcades and gracious squares. Wander through the kantounia, discover small churches and artisan shops, enjoy the atmosphere around the Liston and Spianada, and experience a town where centuries of European influence meet contemporary Corfiot life.
HOW TO GET THERE
LUX®ME Costa Botanica is located in Acharavi, on the northern coast of Corfu, approximately 37 km from Corfu International Airport “Ioannis Kapodistrias” (CFU) and 35 km from Corfu Town. The resort can be reached by private transfer, taxi or hire car, travelling north across the island towards Acharavi. Once at the resort, Acharavi village centre is only 300 metres away, providing convenient access to the local area as well as a base for discovering the landscapes and coastline of northern Corfu.
