Where are you located?
Eva Palace is located in Corfu, Greece, approximately 14 km (9 miles) and about a 35-minute drive from Corfu International Airport “Ioannis Kapodistrias” (CFU). The airport operates domestic flights, mainly via Athens (ATH) and Thessaloniki (SKG), both of which offer extensive international connections.
The resort is also accessible from Corfu New Port, about 11 km (7 miles) away and approximately a 30-minute drive, serving local and regional ferry routes. For broader sea travel, Piraeus Port (Athens) is the main international port, offering extensive international connections from Europe and beyond.
How far is the main town?
Eva Palace is just 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) from Corfu Town, approximately a 30-minute drive. Corfu captivates visitors with its stunning coastline, historic architecture, vibrant festivals, and inviting Mediterranean atmosphere.
What is the weather like?
Corfu Island features a Mediterranean climate with mild, rainy winters and hot, dry summers. Average temperatures range from 9.5 °C (49 °F) in January to 25 °C (77 °F) in August. Rainfall decreases from mid-March to May and is rare during the summer months when temperatures can reach up to 35–36 °C (95–97 °F), tempered by refreshing sea breezes. Occasional brief showers may occur in September and October, allowing ample opportunity for indoor and outdoor activities.
What Time Zone is followed?
Greece follows GMT+3 during the summer months (from late March until October) and GMT+2 during the winter months, due to the daylight saving time change.
TRANSPORTATION
How do I get there?
The resort offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to Corfu Town two to four times per day (pre-booking is required; limited seats available, and schedules are based on seasonality).
Luxury sea transportation is available at an additional charge.
Taxi service is available 24/7 through reception, with an estimated waiting time of 10–30 minutes.
Rental cars and motorbikes can be arranged through the concierge desk.
E-bikes and e-scooters are also available at the resort.
Are private transfers available?
Private luxury transfers to and from the hotel are available upon request and at an additional charge. A selection of premium vehicles is offered to suit your preferences. Are there any complimentary shuttle services available to/from the hotel?
Complimentary luxury sea transfers between the Corfu Kommeno resorts (available from 15/05 until 15/10), weather permitted. Complimentary transfer to Danilia Village, per dinner reservation (according to the hotel’s scheduled routes, with sharing shuttle).
Complimentary Shuttle Bus to Corfu Town seat reservation is required.
Complimentary arrivals and departure transfers are considered for direct bookings or added values on the terms of your reservation. If you are entitled to it you are kindly requested to send your flight details, name of the reservation and booking reference to our reservations department in order to make the arrangements.
What modes of transportation are available at the destination?
Corfu can be accessed via multiple transportation options. Sea transfers to Grecotel Eva Palace are available from Corfu Town and can be combined with taxi or minivan transfers from the airport, with a sea journey lasting approximately 15–20 minutes. The hotel provides complimentary luxury sea transfers between Kommeno resorts from mid-May to mid-October, weather permitting. A complimentary shuttle bus service to Corfu Town operates two to four times daily, though pre-booking is required due to limited seats and seasonal scheduling. Guests can also arrange taxis 24/7 through reception, with typical wait times of 10 to 30 minutes. Additional mobility options include rental cars, motorbikes, e-bikes, and e-scooters, all available through the hotel concierge.

What documents or items are required at check-in?
Kindly present your ID card or passport and the credit card used to book your reservation.
Can I arrange an early check-in or late check-out?
If the room is unoccupied, early check-in or check-out may be possible. However, to guarantee availability for early morning arrivals or late evening departures, booking an extra night is recommended. For late check-out, guests may inquire at reception the day before departure; options and charges vary depending on availability.
Can I use the hotel facilities before check-in or after check-out?
All hotel facilities are available to Eva Palace guests from the moment the check-in process is completed. Following check-out, guests may request to keep their account open to include additional charges. If the account is settled at check-out, guests may still use the facilities for the remainder of the day, with any additional services paid for directly.
Are luggage storage services available?
The hotel provides a dedicated luggage area where we can safely store your bags and personal belongings before check-in or after check-out.
Are twin beds available?
Yes, twin beds are available upon request in select room types.
What is the size of the extra bed?
All our extra beds are 200 cm (78 inches) in length and 90 cm (35 inches) in width and can accommodate an extra person, subject to the maximum room occupancy.
Is there an additional charge for a child staying in the room?
Children up to 12 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ room, applicable to select room types and during specific periods.
Does the room include complimentary coffee or tea facilities?
All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee facilities, including a Nespresso machine with two complimentary pods daily, plus daily replenishment of instant coffee and tea. Please inform us if you would like fresh milk for your tea.
Is it possible to guarantee a specific room number or location before arrival?
Special requests regarding room number, location, and proximity are noted with care and will be accommodated whenever possible depending on room type and availability. We kindly recommend informing us prior to arrival via e-mail at [email protected].
Does the hotel provide an iron and ironing board in the room?
An iron and ironing board is available for our guests and can be delivered to your room for a limited length of time for security reasons. Ironing service is also available at an extra charge.
Is there a safe in the room?
All room types offer a safety deposit box.

How do I book?

How do I pay for my reservation?
Once your reservation is confirmed, our reservations team will provide a secure online payment link to complete the payment by credit card. Alternatively, payments may also be made via bank transfer. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For credit card payments, we support VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
Please note that the same credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in, along with a valid photo ID or passport of the cardholder.
In accordance with local legislation, please note that partial or full payment of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is not permitted. All payments above this amount must be made by credit or debit card, or via bank transfer.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
Pre-payment is required in order to guarantee reservations. The exact timing for payment, as well as how far in advance you can cancel free of charge, depends on your stay dates and the specific offer under which you have booked.
Are there any additional fees?
In compliance with legal regulations, a mandatory environmental tax called the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is charged. From April 1st to October 31st, the fee is €15.00 per room, per night. This fee is settled directly by guests at check-out.
DINING AND MEAL PLANS
Are all restaurants operational?
Yes. All our restaurants are operational throughout the season. In the event of unexpected adverse weather conditions, outdoor seating areas may be temporarily closed for guest comfort and safety.
What meal plans are available?
Guests may choose from the following meal plans:
Breakfast Only
Includes a daily buffet breakfast.
Half Board
Includes a daily lavish buffet breakfast and dinner served at Mediterraneo Restaurant, featuring international and Mediterranean specialties.
Guests may replace dinner with a lunch buffet on the same day by informing the restaurant upon arrival.
Alternatively, Half Board guests may dine at our à la carte restaurants and receive a dining credit of €20 per adult and €10 per child per meal. Advance reservations are required for all à la carte restaurants.
Please note that beverages are not included.
All-Inclusive Meal Plan
With the Eva Palace All-Inclusive plan, guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast and dinner at Mediterraneo Restaurant, lunch at La Contessa, as well as three à la carte dinners per 7-night stay, including an authentic Dine Out experience at a selected local restaurant.
Eva Palace also offers unlimited beverages and cocktails available at all bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy unlimited snacks, drinks, and wine by the pool and beach during operating hours. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks, wine, and beer, and tea and coffee facilities are available in the room.
What meal plans are available for children?
Children up to 12 years of age enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments at Grecoland (11:00–17:00), as well as a lunch buffet at the ‘Tasty Corner’ (12:30–14:00). Children aged over 12 years are considered adults.
Do you have baby food available?
For infants aged 0–1 year, baby food can be prepared according to your preferences. Please contact the Restaurant Manager in advance to place your order. Our staff is also happy to assist with warming baby bottles or baby food.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and halal options. Please inform us in advance of any dietary preferences or allergies so our chefs can tailor your dining experience to your needs.
Are there any dress-codes for the restaurants?
We kindly request all guests to adhere to a resort casual attire with appropriate footwear while dining with us.
Evening Dress Code (after 17:00) : Elegant, Smart Casual – Swimwear, sportswear and flip-flops are not allowed.
Can private dinners be arranged?
Create and personalize your own private dining experience, prepared and served at the location of your choice. To arrange this service, please contact our concierge or reach out to the Guest Services department at [email protected]. Our chefs are delighted to accommodate any special dietary or meal requirements.
Can we book a table in advance?
We recommend booking your restaurant reservations in advance. You may reserve in advance via the Grecotel mobile application, available for download on all iOS and Android devices. Alternatively, reservations can be made at the front desk upon arrival or at any time during your stay.
Is early breakfast or a breakfast box & lunch box available?
Yes, early breakfast is available upon request. It typically includes light items such as pastries, coffee, and juice. Guests are kindly asked to inform the reception by 20:00 the evening prior to ensure timely preparation. Lunch boxes can also be arranged for early departures or meals on the go.

Do we have to book the spa in advance?
While it is not necessary to book in advance, we recommend booking Elixir Love Spa treatments and massages at least a week in advance. What are the spa facilities?
Grecotel Eva Palace offers the Elixir Rooftop Love Spa, featuring a sauna, massage and treatment rooms, a beauty salon, and a selection of facial and body treatments, along with a fitness room. Spa treatments are available at an additional charge and should be booked in advance.
Do you have a gym?
Yes. We have a well-equipped indoor gym with numerous modern cardio and strength training equipment.
KIDS CLUB
Do you have a kids club?
Our Grecoland kids club is a dedicated, fully equipped space designed for children aged 4–12, offering a variety of creative and educational activities supervised by trained staff. Children aged 3 years old and below are also welcome to use the kids club with the presence of a parent or legal guardian. The club operates six days a week throughout the season.
Do you provide special amenities for babies and toddlers?

ACTIVITIES
What indoor & outdoor activities are available?
We do have both non-motorized as well as motorized Water Sports activities near by at our Eva Palace Hotel.
With Atlantis Watersports school, you can learn water-skiing and wakeboard, rent glass-bottom canoes, SUP, surf-bikes and pedaloes or space buggies, feed the fish by playing biodegradable mini golf, have fun on the coast with banana, airstream, u-slider and rings, or go extreme with parasailing and e-foil.
Are there good diving spots near Eva Palace?
Eva Palace features a lively house reef with numerous species of marine life, including sponges, corals, and many small sea creatures. Guests can enjoy snorkeling and exploring the underwater world directly from the resort.
Do you do Excursion boat trips?
We offer a wide range of boat trips, including self-driven boats, yachts, cruises, snorkeling excursions, fishing trips, and tailored sea experiences to enjoy the emerald waters of the Ionian Sea. Is there a House Reef nearby Eva Palace?
We do have a lively house reef with numerous species of marine life, we have sponges, corals and many mores little creatures growing on our turtle!
Do we have to pre-book Watersports, Scuba Diving and Excursions?
We recommend to book Excursions a week prior to the arrival date to ensure availability. Soon after your arrival will also be possible to explore options and suggestions with our concierge team. For Scuba diving, your in-person presence is required during the booking process, hence, this can be done upon arrival. As for the watersports no pre-booking is required.
GENERAL INFO
Is the hotel accessible to mobility-impaired guests?
Not all departments are fully accessible to guests using wheelchairs. However, there are ramp sections or elevators beside most staircases throughout the hotel.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are allowed in selected room categories (restrictions apply). Service animals are allowed to accompany their handler in all hotel premises. Please see our pet policy.
Do you have a medical facility or pharmacy nearby?
We do have a public hospital, two private clinics on the island, along with an assigned 24/7 on call Resort doctor.
Is there 24-hour reception service?
Yes. Reception is available 24 hours a day.
Is there an ATM machine on the hotel premises?
There is an ATM machine located on the lowest level of the hotel’s Main Building.
Is there an exchange office at the reception desk?
No, you may exchange cash notes at the airport in Euros.
Do you provide Wi-Fi, and is it free?
We provide complimentary Wi-Fi access.
What are the parking options at the hotel?
A parking area is available on the hotel premises free of charge, with limited spaces and subject to availability. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available, and charges apply.
What plug adapter do I need to bring?
The hotel is equipped with Type C power plugs and sockets. Type C plugs feature two round parallel pins that connect to corresponding two-hole wall sockets. The standard voltage supplied is 220 V.
Is the tap water drinkable?
Tap water in Corfu is safe for everyday use such as washing and brushing teeth. However, due to its mineral content and taste, we recommend bottled water for drinking.
Bottled water is readily available throughout the resort and across the island.

How much is the ticket?
The ticket cost for all guests is 20€ per adult/ 10€ per child and includes museum entrance as well as a redeemable voucher at the square Kafenio.

Yes! You are welcome to visit with your dog. We kindly ask that you keep them on a leash and clean up after them.
