During these difficult times humanity is going through and the great challenge we are all called upon to face after the outbreak of COVID-19, the Greek Government announced on March 14th, 2020, that all seasonal and city hotels openings will be postponed to May 1st, 2020, in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
While our thoughts sincerely go out to the people around the world who have been affected by the coronavirus, and we appreciate the healthcare workers, communities and governments on the front line in this battle, Grecotel, with cordial care for its people and guests will be complying with this measure, actively undertaking all necessary responsible action.
Until now no case of Covid-19 has been detected at our hotels, but we assure you that we boost our hygiene standards following all the measures and guidance from the authorities.
We are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and keep updated to all the guidelines available with the utmost level.

As it has always been, the health and safety of Grecotel’s guests and team members is our primary priority. We have always taken great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at Grecotel. To prevent the spread of coronavirus, we have taken all the necessary additional measures and followed the official instructions issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) in consultation with the Ministry of Health of Greece and all relevant bodies.
YOUR TRAVEL FLEXIBILITY
We at Grecotel are committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances, we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to ease any of your concerns.
State Guidelines: In regions affected by government-issued travel restrictions, we will continue to waive change fees or offer a full refund. Please, click here for the latest information on our travel waivers.
For guests with existing individual reservations, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow changes or cancellation, without charge, up to 24 hours prior to arrival for our city hotels and 7 days prior to arrival for our resort hotels.
For new individual reservations between today and May 31, 2020, we will allow those reservations to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before a guest's scheduled arrival date for our city hotels and 7 days prior to arrival for our resort hotels.
