Where are you located?

Grecotel LUXME Oasis is located in Kastro, Loutra Kyllinis, in the West Peloponnese region of Greece, directly on a sandy beach overlooking the Ionian Sea. The resort forms part of the Riviera Olympia & Aqua Park resort complex and is approximately 45 minutes from Araxos Airport. It is around 80 km from the port of Patras and close to Kyllini town, which offers ferry connections to Zakynthos. The historic site of Ancient Olympia is also within easy reach.

 

How far is the main town?

The resort is situated in Loutra Kyllinis (Kastro–Kyllini area), approximately 14 km (9 miles) from Kyllini town and port, the nearest main town.

 

What is the weather like?

Kyllini enjoys a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, wetter winters. Temperatures typically range from 12°C to 30°C (54°F to 86°F).

Coolest period: Late November to late March, with January being the coldest month

 

What Time Zone is followed?

Greece follows GMT+3 during the summer months (late March to October) and GMT+2 during winter, due to daylight saving time.

TRANSPORTATION

How do I get there?

Grecotel LUXME Oasis can be easily reached by private transfer, taxi, or rental car. The resort is approximately 45 minutes from Araxos Airport, about 80 km (50 miles) from Patras Port, around 155 km from Kalamata Airport, and roughly 329 km from Athens International Airport, which is about a four-hour drive.

Guests may also travel via Zakynthos Island and take a ferry to Kyllini Port, with a crossing time of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. From Kyllini Port, the resort is just 14.9 km away.

Transfers can be arranged in advance through the hotel, while taxis are available 24/7 (pre-booking is recommended). Public bus services also operate at specific times, and updated schedules are available at the reception desk.

 

Are private transfers available?

Yes. Private luxury transfers are available upon request and at an additional charge. Please contact our Reservations Department at [email protected].

 

Are there any complimentary shuttle services available to/from the hotel?

No. However, private or shared transfers and taxis can be arranged for an additional fee. For assistance, contact our reservations team at [email protected].

 

What modes of transportation are available at the destination?

At Grecotel LUXME Oasis, guests may use taxis ordered 24/7 via reception (typical waiting time 30–45 minutes; pre-booking is recommended), arrange private transfers in advance, or request rental car assistance through the concierge desk. Public buses operate at specific times, with schedules available at reception. Guests arriving by ferry at Kyllini Port may arrange transfers by taxi or minivan in advance. The resort is also easily accessible by car from Athens (approximately 4 hours’ drive).

What documents or items are required at check-in?

Kindly present your ID card or passport and the credit card used to book your reservation.

 

Can I arrange an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability. To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, we recommend booking an additional night. Late check-out requests can be made at reception one day prior to departure and are subject to availability and applicable charges.

 

Can I use the hotel facilities before check-in or after check-out?

Guests may use hotel facilities once check-in is completed. After check-out, facilities may still be used for the remainder of the day; however, the LUXME package concludes at 17:00 on the departure day. Any additional services after settlement are payable directly.

 

Are luggage storage services available?

Yes, a dedicated luggage storage area is available for guests before check-in and after check-out.

 

Are twin beds available?

Twin beds are not available. Rooms accommodating up to three guests feature a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Family rooms (up to four guests) include a queen-size bed and two single beds.

 

What is the size of the extra bed?

Extra beds measure 200 cm (78 inches) in length and 80 cm (31.5 inches) in width and are available subject to the room’s maximum occupancy.

 

Is there an additional charge for a child staying in the room?

Children up to 12 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ room, applicable to selected room types and periods.

 

Does the room include complimentary coffee or tea facilities?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with tea and coffee facilities, including a Nespresso machine with two complimentary pods per day, as well as daily replenishment of instant coffee and tea.

 

Is it possible to guarantee a specific room number or location before arrival?

Special requests are carefully noted and accommodated whenever possible, depending on availability. We recommend contacting [email protected] prior to arrival.

 

Does the hotel provide an iron and ironing board in the room?

An iron and ironing board can be delivered to your room for limited use. An ironing service is also available at an additional charge.

 

Is there a safe in the room?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with a safety deposit box.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

How do I book?

Reservations can be made via email at [email protected], by phone at +30 26230 64400, or through the Grecotel website.

 

How do I pay for my reservation?

Payments can be completed via a secure online payment link, bank transfer, or accepted credit/debit cards. Cash payments are accepted up to €500, in accordance with local legislation. The same credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in.

Please note that the same credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in, along with a valid photo ID or passport of the cardholder. 

In accordance with local legislation, please note that partial or full payment of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is not permitted. All payments above this amount must be made by credit or debit card, or via bank transfer. 

 

What is the payment and cancellation policy?

Pre-payment is required to guarantee reservations. Cancellation terms vary based on stay dates and selected offers and will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

Are there any additional fees?

In compliance with legal regulations, a mandatory environmental tax called the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is charged. From April 1st to October 31st, the fee is €15.00 per room, per night. This fee is settled directly by guests at check-out.

DINING AND MEAL PLANS

Are all restaurants operational?

At Grecotel LUXME Oasis, all main restaurants and bars operate throughout the season. Some à la carte venues may operate on selected days and require advance reservations, depending on seasonality, occupancy levels, and weather conditions. Operating hours and availability can be confirmed upon arrival with our Guest Services Team at [email protected].

 

What meal plans are available?

Guests at Grecotel LUXME Oasis enjoy the LUXME All-Inclusive concept, which includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the main buffet restaurant, as well as selected à la carte dining options. The plan also includes daytime snacks, options from the Pâtisserie-Chocolaterie and Creperie-Gelateria, and a premium selection of drinks at participating bars and restaurants. In-room dining is not included.

Each à la carte restaurant may be reserved once per week, subject to availability, and advance reservations are required.

 

Is there a Dine Out option?

Yes. As part of the LUXME experience, guests may enjoy a Dine Out dinner at a nearby local taverna. Selected drinks are included, while transfers are not. This option is available from 01 July to 31 August, subject to availability and advance reservation.

 

Are there minimum stay requirements for à la carte dining?

Yes. For reservations at the à la carte restaurants (Asiana, Hot Stone, Trattoria Popolare, and Taverna Tavernaki), as well as for the Dine Out experience, the following minimum stay applies:

  • Minimum 3 nights during 01.05.2026 – 05.06.2026 and 19.09.2026 – 30.10.2026
  • Minimum 5 nights during 06.06.2026 – 18.09.2026

The LUXME All-Inclusive package ends at 17:00 on the day of departure.

 

What meal plans are available for children?

Children up to 12 years of age enjoy complimentary dining, including lunch at the main restaurant (12:30–14:30), and kids’ menus at the à la carte restaurants. Guests aged over 12 are considered adults.

 

Do you have baby food available?

Yes. Baby food for infants aged 0–2 years can be prepared upon request. Please inform the Restaurant Manager or Guest Services in advance. Our team is also happy to assist with warming baby bottles or baby food.

 

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and halal options are available. Guests are kindly requested to inform us in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies so our chefs can make the necessary arrangements.

 

Are there any dress-codes for the restaurants?

We kindly ask guests to follow a resort casual dress code with appropriate footwear during the day.

Evening Dress Code (after 18:00): Elegant Smart Casual. Swimwear, sportswear, and flip-flops are not permitted.


Can private dinners be arranged?

Create and personalize your own private dining experience, prepared and served at the location of your choice. To arrange this service, please contact our concierge or reach out to the Guest Relations department at [email protected]. Our chefs are delighted to accommodate any special dietary or meal requirements.

 

Is early breakfast or a breakfast box & lunch box available?

Yes. Early breakfast, breakfast boxes, and lunch boxes are available upon request. Please inform the front desk by 20:00 on the day prior to departure.

WELLNESS

Do you have a spa?

Yes, guests have access to the Elixir Alchemy Spa, featuring massages, treatments, sauna, steam bath, relaxation areas, and fitness facilities. Both indoor and outdoor gyms are available.

 

Do we have to book the spa in advance?

While advance booking is not mandatory, we highly recommend reserving Elixir Alchemy Spa treatments and massages at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time. To make a reservation, please contact our reservations team via email at [email protected] or by phone at +30 26230 64400.

 

What are the spa facilities?

Grecotel Riviera Olympia & Aqua Park features the Elixir Alchemy Spa, offering a range of massages and holistic treatments, as well as a sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, and fitness facilities, all designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.

 

Do you have male therapists?

Yes, male therapists are available at the Elixir Alchemy Spa.

 

Do you have a gym?

Yes, the resort offers both a well-equipped indoor gym and an outdoor gym.

 

Do you have a salon?

Yes, a salon is available at the Elixir Alchemy Spa upon request.

KIDS CLUB

Do you have a kids club?

Yes. Our Grecoland Kids Club is a dedicated, fully equipped space for children aged 4–12, offering a variety of creative and educational activities supervised by trained staff. Children aged 3 years and under are welcome to use the kids club when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The club operates six days a week throughout the season.

 

Do you provide special amenities for babies and toddlers?

ACTIVITIES

What indoor & outdoor activities are available?

Grecotel LUXME Oasis offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, including swimming pools, a private sandy beach, water sports, tennis courts, fitness facilities, yoga, and wellness classes. Guests can also enjoy cycling, nature walks, cultural excursions, and access to the nearby Aqua Park. Activities and programs are available for both adults and children.

 

Do you offer excursion boat trips?

Yes. We offer a variety of boat trips and a wide selection of boats to explore the emerald waters of the Ionian Sea, as well as destinations such as Zakynthos and Kefalonia. Options include cruises, local boat excursions, snorkeling trips, and fishing experiences. Our Concierge Team will be happy to assist with information and arrangements.

 

Do we have to pre-book Watersports and Excursions?

We recommend booking excursions at least one week prior to arrival to ensure availability. However, guests may also explore available options and receive recommendations from our Concierge Team shortly after arrival.

 

Is the aqua park entry free of charge?

Yes, all Aqua Park activities are offered complimentary to our guests.


Is it possible to use aqua park facilities without room reservation?

No, the Aqua Park is exclusively available to hotel guests.

GENERAL INFO

Is the hotel accessible to mobility-impaired guests?

Not all hotel areas are fully accessible to guests using wheelchairs. However, ramp access is available next to most stairways throughout the resort.

 

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are permitted in selected room categories, and certain restrictions apply. Service animals are welcome in all hotel areas. To ensure proper arrangements, the reservations department must be informed at the time of booking.  View pet policy >

 

Do you have a medical facility or pharmacy nearby?

A healthcare center is located approximately 16.5 km away in the city of Gastouni. The nearest public hospital is in Pyrgos, about 42.6 km away, while private clinics are located in Patras, approximately 98 km from the resort. A 24/7 on-call resort doctor is also available on the premises at an additional charge.

If medication is required, it can be ordered through the Front Desk and delivered the same day. If the pharmacy’s daily deliveries have already been completed, medication can be delivered by taxi at an additional transportation cost. The nearest pharmacy is located 11.6 km away in Vartholomio.

 

Is there 24-hour reception service?

Yes, reception services are available 24 hours a day.

 

Is there an ATM machine on the hotel premises?

Yes, an ATM is located near the reception area at Grecotel LUXME Oasis.

 

Is there an exchange office at the reception desk?

No, the hotel does not offer currency exchange services.

 

Do you provide Wi-Fi, and is it free?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi access is available throughout the resort.

 

What are the parking options at the hotel?

A parking area is available within the hotel premises.

 

What plug adapter do I need to bring?

The hotel uses Type C power sockets with two round pins. The standard voltage is 220V.

 

Is the tap water drinkable?

Tap water in Kyllini is safe for everyday use, such as washing and brushing teeth. However, due to mineral content and taste, bottled water is recommended for drinking. Bottled water is readily available throughout the resort.
