Opening May 2026, the Rocket Bar & Restaurant captures the essence of the Riviera lifestyle, offering breathtaking views over the southern coastline of Athens. A destination in its own right, the cuisine is an easy mix of Greek staples & cosmic sushi, with summer aperitivos. During the summer, guests can enjoy their daily breakfast while gazing at the megayachts and sailboats below and the infinite Aegean sky above — Earth’s finest launchpad.
