How do I pay for my reservation?
Once your reservation is complete, the reservations Team will send you a secure credit card authorization form, through, which you can settle the payment via your credit card. Alternatively, we do accept bank transfers as well.

Credit card, debit card, and cash payments are accepted. For credit cards, we accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Union Pay, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder, upon check-in at the hotel.
Please note, according to legislation, partial or full settlement of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is prohibited. All payments exceeding this amount must be made by credit or debit card, or via bank transfer.

Grecotel The Roc Club organizes Luxury private Transfers for Arrival & Departure from and to “Eleftherios Venizelos” International Airport (ATH) for all guests. The journey will be approximately 30-minutes to access the hotel from the Airport. Extra charges apply.
What types of vehicles are used for the airport transfers?
Up to 2 passengers: Mercedes E- Class & S- Class (or) Range Rover upon availability Up to 6 passengers: Mercedes V Class & Viano Up to 18 passengers: Mercedes Sprinter.
Is there a waiting time for the transfers to the Hotel?
Private transfers are scheduled upon request and arranged in such a way to avoid waiting time, taking note of all parameters (traffic and airport check-in delays) in order to provide the smoothest ride.

Depending on seasonality the operation schedules of the restaurants may vary. Pool is an outdoor one (summer operational) , Rooftop (summer seasonal). Our all day restaurant lounge & bar can accommodate accordingly.

Various options for our esteemed Little Guests either at the menu of the All-Day restaurant, pool or Roc Rooftop. Upon request we will accommodate accordingly
Do you have Baby food meal plan?
Toddlers 0-1 will have arranged their baby food as you wish (upon request). Please contact the Restaurant Manager to order in advance.
Do we need to book the restaurants in advance?
It is recommended to book restaurants in advance to ensure the availability and a great dining experience
Can we book restaurants prior to arrival?

Is there any dress-code for the Restaurants?
We follow a ”resort-casual” dress code during dinner time at all our restaurants.
Swimwear and flip-flops are discouraged at our restaurants.

What are the Check-In and Check-out Hours?

What should I have with me upon the check in?
Your ID card or Passport and the credit card you have used to book your reservation.
Is it possible to enter my room prior to check-in?
If the room is unoccupied, the hotel may approve earlier entrance. However, if you are planning to arrive early in the morning and you want to ensure that the room is ready, we suggest that you book an additional overnight prior to your arrival.
May I use the Hotel’s Facilities before my check-in or after my check-out?
All the Hotel’s Facilities are available to Grecotel The Roc Club Guests to be used by the time you arrive in the hotel.
If I arrive before my check-in time, can I drop my bag somewhere?
Our colleagues will be happy to accommodate any storage request. A safe storage area is available to store your personal belongings.
Is it possible to have a confirmed late check out?
A late check-out may be confirmed at the reception. There are different options with applicable charges to choose from according to the availability the hotel shall have. However, if you are planning to depart rather late and you want to ensure that the room would be possible to be kept, we suggest that you book in advance an overnight with your reservation.
What is the environmental tax am I obligated to pay it?

A request can be made once the reservation is confirmed. We shall do our utmost to accommodate the request as per availability.
Does the hotel provide Iron & Ironing board in the room?
Iron and ironing boards are available for our guests and can be delivered in their room for a limited length of time for security reasons.
Do all hotel rooms come with a balcony?
All of rooms have a balcony (different view based on the booked type).
How much do you charge for a baby crib for an infant ?
Kindly be aware that this is free of charge for children aged 0-1.
Can we have Twin beds set up in our room?
Twin bed setup is available upon request and subject to availability. Please note that most beds are not separated, but a German-style sheet can be provided for added comfort.
Is there a safety deposit box in the room?
All room types offer a safety deposit box.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Dogs are not allowed in our hotel. Only service animals are allowed to accompany their handler in all hotel premises. Please see our pets policy.
How many bathrooms are there in the Suites?
All our rooms and suites come with one marble-bathroom and washbasin. Outdoor connected rooms come with 2 bathrooms.
How often are the bed sheets and towels changed?
Implementing measures of natural resources management with the aim of improving the local environment, bed sheets and towels are changed after the second day of your stay. However, in case you want them to be changed daily, you may place the designated label in the room.
Is there a safety deposit box in the room?
All room types offer a safety deposit box.
What plug adapter do I need to bring with me?
The power plugs and sockets in the hotel are of type C. Type C consists of two round parallel pins while the wall plug has two holes where it is connected. The standard voltage is 220 V.

Do we have to book the spa in advance?
It is recommended to book treatments a week in advance to guarantee the preferred timing. (External Partner)

Do you have a salon at the SPA?
We do not offer a salon at The Roc Club. We may suggest and arrange for your disposal ,the best nearest option available.
Do you have a Sauna, do I have to book?
We do have sauna at The Roc Club. No prior reservation is required.
Do you have a Gym?
We have a fully equipped gym.
KIDS CLUB
Do you have a kid’s club?
We do not provide this service.
Is it possible to book a babysitting service?
Yes, babysitting services are available starting at 130 euros for the first 3 hours (minimum charge). After that, the cost is 40 euros per hour. We allow a 15-minute grace period for parents to return to their room; beyond that, an additional 40 euros per hour will apply.

Vouliagmeni Beachfront Path
Distance: ~3-5 km (adjustable)
Route: Start at Vouliagmeni Beach, run along the coastline towards Astir Beach and back.
Highlights: Stunning sea views, fresh air, and a relatively flat route.
2. Lake Vouliagmeni Loop
Distance: ~2-3 km
Route: A short but scenic run around Lake Vouliagmeni, perfect for a quick jog.

3. Laimos Peninsula Trail (Astir Peninsula)
Distance: ~4-6 km
Route: Start near the Astir Property, follow the trail around the peninsula, and enjoy the mix of paved and natural paths.

We do not have Tennis courts in our premises.

We can procceed and arrange various Excursion boat tips such as: Catamaran trips, Luxury Yachts, Motoboat or cruiser or Ribs even a trip with a cruise Ship.

No, you can exchange cash notes at the Airport or in the nearest exchange office just 15 minutes drive.
