A boat transfer to Corfu Town for the Good Friday Epitaphios, the spectacle of Botides on Holy Saturday morning, the string quintet drifting through the hotel lounges in the evening — each day of the Holy Week carries its own atmosphere, its own rhythm, and its own sense of occasion.

Lenten dishes are served à la carte throughout Holy Week, while Holy Saturday supper introduces the traditional Corfiot magiritsa – tsilihourda.
