An advance payment of 100% of the total reservation is required at the time of booking which is non-refundable.

Credit Card and ID Presentation:

Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder upon check-in at the hotel.

Payments Over €500:

According to the legislation (Law 3842/2010, paragraph 3 of Article 20), partial or full settlement of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is prohibited. All payments exceeding this amount must be made by credit or debit card or via bank transfer.

 

In case of cancellation, the total amount is non-refundable, but transferable to a later period. Modifications are allowed up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival.

Change of dates is possible subject to hotel’s availability and may be subject to rate change according to the selected period.

For early departures, the total amount of the remaining stay is non-refundable/will be charged.

An environmental fee, defined as Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, of €4,00 per room per night is applicable by law, payable by the guest directly at the hotel upon check out. For stays between March 1st and until October 31st the government tax is adjusted at €10,00 per room per night, payable by the guest directly at the hotel upon check out.
