The land belonged to the Valasis family, well known in Kalamata for their contribution to the world of entertainment. Here, before the hotel was created, stood the beloved open-air \u201cCinema of Valasis\u201d, a landmark of summer evenings by the sea.<br><br>In the mid-1970s, the decision was made to transform the property into a new hospitality destination.
