Located off the main lobby, Le Salon features floor-to-ceiling windows to create a light and airy dining experience, back dropped by views over the garden, pool and the sea. The restaurant, decorated in warm beige and ochre tones, serves breakfast daily, offering a spectacular buffet along with an a la carte menu and a wide selection of home made preserves, delicacies and traditional Greek bakery. The service is warm and impeccable with every attention to detail. Seats 40 persons indoors and 50 on the outdoor terrace. LE CAP VOYAGE RESTAURANT Sweeping views of the Ionian Sea and magnificent sunsets, entice guests to lounge over a pre-dinner glass of champagne or after-dinner drink, sampling choices from a light bar menu. Décor features include oak flooring and rich white furnishings accented with beige floral fabrics.  Restaurant seats 50 persons indoors and 120 on the outdoor terrace. Le Cap Voyage, serves modern Greek cuisine, prepared with the freshest regional ingredients and the finest flavours the region has to offer: fresh fish, produce, spices and herbs. An inspired selection of organic food prepared from products of the traditional Agreco Farm in Crete, is also available.  Vegetarian options compliment a unique array of appetisers while a special children's menu is available for our youngest guests. Le Cap Voyage, is open daily for lunch and dinner. PRIVATE DINING ROOM - THE BALLROOM As soon as you enter the Ballroom you will find yourself in an inviting salon with the sophisticated feel of a private club. Warm cherry fabrics, wood panelling and stuccoed walls add a sense of luxurious comfort. The impressive white dining table and the Renaissance styled chairs, which are hand carved in forms of persons, are surrounded by unique decorative items and artwork. The Ballroom is located just off the main lobby and is naturally lit through a series of large windows facing the gardens. This elegant private function room is ideal for festive entertaining or corporate gatherings and can accommodate up to 30 persons for private functions.
