N. Daskalantonakis Group offers competitive market level salaries. Our compensation policy for staff level is determined by national and local collective agreements. Our compensation policy for managers and directors is determined by our Remuneration System.

Remuneration plays key role in retaining, motivating and attracting employees, and thus focuses on encouraging strong performance, fairness and transparency, and balances between basic and performance-related pay.

Compensation is regularly adjusted in line with the market, positions’ evaluation and individual performance. Salary structures are also regularly assessed in terms of internal salary levels to ensure equity.

N. Daskalantonakis Group also implements variable pay systems for certain staff levels linked with personal performance, group performance and Group results. Monitoring and measurement of targets is performed at a systematic and transparent way, so everybody knows how performance affects compensation.
