Our kitchens amaze guests and satisfy every desire. From a quick snack to a gourmet dinner, our kitchens are always working at high speeds, meeting the demands of all Food & Beverage operations.

STEWARDING

Stewarding teams work tirelessly to make sure that each outlet has adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware. They also keep the kitchen area clean and safe.

ROOM SERVICE

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Only a telephone call away, around the clock, our Room Service team provides a wide selection of Food & Beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests’ rooms. We also offer Butler services in the privacy of hotel suites.

CONFERENCE SERVICES

This team coordinates group room reservations, catering and event planning.

BANQUETS

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Our Banquets department plans, sets up, and executes weddings, receptions, and other events, with the aim of offering unique experiences and memories to the guests.

RESERVATIONS / FRONT OFFICE

ROOMS DIVISION

Our guests’ first contact with Grecotel is through reservations, where we answer their questions and book their rooms. When guests arrive at or leave our hotels, the Front Office ensures their experience is smooth and receives their queries and comments.

GUEST RELATIONS

Guest Relations ensures guests are warmly welcomed and well looked-after from the moment they arrive, thus enhancing their experience. If our guests seek local touring ideas, tickets, or reservations at a restaurant, Guest Relations accommodate their requests using their knowledge and insights of the local destination.

HOUSEKEEPING

ROOMS DIVISION

Housekeeping staff keeps guest rooms and public areas clean and tidy. They are proud of their attention to detail and seek to ensure everything is in place and in order and that guests always have fresh supplies. 

LAUNDRY / VALET

ROOMS DIVISION

From pressing services to button replacements, Laundry and Valet is always there to meet guests’ needs.

SPA

SPA & FITNESS

From massage to Ayurveda, Grecotel spa specialists provide a variety of revitalizing body and facial treatments. They also maintain other facilities, including sauna and thalassotherapy.

FITNESS FACILITIES

Our Sales and Marketing team promotes and sells business for the hotel, with the aim of maximizing occupancy. It coordinates advertising, promotions and public relations activities in order to strengthen the hotel's positioning.

From recruitment and selection to orientation, training, compensation and benefits, communication and general employee relations and counseling, the Human Resources team is there for all employees in a supportive, professional, and friendly manner.

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

Recording and analyzing income and expenses, this team works to create an accurate account of assets, liabilities and transactions.

PURCHASING

ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENTS

The Purchasing team is responsible for sourcing vendors, ordering and receiving all purchases in a timely manner, as well as managing and controlling the supply warehouse.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Our in-house staff installs, maintains, and repairs all hardware and software. They also assist guests in staying connected.
